At Cats1stUK, we want you and your feline friends to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product isn't quite right, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your Cats1stUK account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is unused, then include your printed return authorization slip inside.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized local courier point or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
